The way your amazing body is designed, if you don’t take in enough calcium and other minerals daily to buffer the acid load from your daily activities (i.e., stress, toxins, poor diet, soda, and exercise), your bones will be sacrificed to buffer that acid. Your body works hard to keep this acid/alkaline balance.

There is a daily deposit and withdrawal of the minerals in the bones so you will always have what your body needs to function and recover. But, too little deposited and too many withdrawals leaves your bone bank overdrawn resulting in porous, brittle bones…osteoporosis.
