Why would I say that? Isn’t osteoporosis a disease? Not really. The way our bodies are designed, if we don’t take in enough minerals daily to buffer the acid load from our daily activity (stress, toxins, poor diet, soda, and exercise), then we have our beautiful bones to thank for buffering that acid with alkaline minerals from our bones…or we would be suffering more serious health consequences. Our bodies work hard to keep that acid/alkaline buffering process in balance.
It’s sort of like robbing Peter to pay Paul. There is a daily give and take of the minerals in the bones so that we always have what we need for our bodies to function and recover. But, when there is no “deposit” and only “withdrawal” our bones become porous and brittle…osteoporosis.
On the other hand, if we do get those daily minerals we can add back to those porous, brittle bones and return them to full measure. Unfortunately, our foods today are seriously low in enough minerals to do the job so we need to supplement. It takes a little time, but if we are consistent with a superior mineral supplement we can win the game.
I am merely one of thousands of success stories of an amazing mineral product you simply put in your water. With over two decades of experience I am healthier today at almost 70 than I was in my forties. Back then, I was loosing my teeth because of my osteoporosis. My mother had it so I just assumed it was hereditary. When I was introduced to the water minerals I had no idea I would have such amazing results. They just said, “Drink the water and good things will happen”. I am still telling people who after over twenty years of sharing the good news.

**A note of caution. If you are taking a medication to stop your bones from being depleted, you are not getting the buffering you need to address your acid load which can create an imbalance more serious than brittle bones. Be sure to look at the side effects before you go that route.
